HOSTmi sends the request on behalf of the customer.
The name of the consignor’s organization as well as the name of the mission shall not be disclosed at the time of the request for quotation.
After receiving a quotation, the inquirer must come to a decision within 6 weeks, otherwise the quotation expires. A decision results either in the expression of a serious interest in the quotation and the beginning of further negotiations with the aim of concluding a final contract, or the rejection of the quotation.
By sending a request, the submitter declares that he is able to either provide the financial resources by himself or is currently in the process of raising them in order to realize the project. HOSTmi reserves the right to request appropriate information if required.
The contacted provider is prompted to give a quote within 2 weeks, but there may be delays.
The consignor is obliged to send the reply of the received Quotation to HOSTmi and to inform HOSTmi about the decision.
Based on the consignor’s decision, HOSTmi will generate a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to initiate the negotiation process.
HOSTmi will not pay any compensation in the event of delay.
